Upload Requirements for Custom T-Shirt Designs
To ensure your design prints crystal-clear, please follow these guidelines:
Preferred File Types
- PNG (best for transparent backgrounds)
- SVG or AI (best for logos)
Minimum Image Size
Your design must be at least:
- 2500 pixels on the smallest side
- 300 DPI at the final print size

Image Enhancement Service
If your artwork is blurry, pixelated, or low resolution, we offer a professional image enhancement service to improve print quality whenever possible. Using advanced software and careful adjustments, we work to make your design print-ready while preserving its original look. If we’re unable to achieve acceptable results for your project, you’ll be fully refunded for this service—no risk to you.
Cost: $30 per image
Guarantee: If we’re unable to achieve acceptable print quality, you’ll be fully refunded for this service.
What we can do:

- Optimize color and contrast
Please note: While we'll do our best to improve your image, results depend on the original file quality. Severely degraded images may have limitations. We'll contact you if enhancement isn't possible or if we need a better source file. If you are not happy with the change, you will be fully refunded. If you are happy we will send you a file without 3DTSTUDIO watermark proof.
Image Enhancement Disclaimer:
Enhancement results vary depending on the original file quality. If acceptable print quality cannot be achieved, the enhancement fee will be fully refunded.

DPI only matters at the final print size — NOT the file size.
Example:
If the image is 3000 × 3000 pixels, that equals:
- 300 DPI at 10" × 10"
- 150 DPI at 20" × 20"
Perfect Example:
- A 12" × 12" front print → needs at least 3600 × 3600 px

How to Upload Your Design
- Create or save your design as PNG, SVG, JPG, or AI.
- Make sure your file meets the pixel/DPI requirements above.
- Upload your file on the product page where it says “Upload Your Files.”
- If your file is too small, we will contact you before printing.
- After purchase, you will receive an email confirming the design custom sizing or if want max print, and design placement.
