SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Times

• Standard apparel orders: 1-2 business days
• Small custom t-shirt orders: 1 business day
• Large custom t-shirt orders: 2 business days
• 3D printing orders: 2-3 business days (depending on model size and complexity)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • For items weighing 5-10 pounds, shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local Delivery We offer local delivery within 25 miles of our location. Local delivery options and availability will be shown at checkout if you qualify.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
