TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to 3DT STUDIO. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Order Agreement

All products sold by 3DT STUDIO are custom-made to order using customer-provided graphics, designs, photos, or specifications. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Your order is personalized and made specifically for you
  • All sales are final (see our Return Policy)
  • Production begins only after you approve the design proof

2. Customer-Provided Content

When you provide graphics, photos, designs, or files for printing:

  • You confirm that you own the rights to use these materials or have permission from the copyright holder
  • You are responsible for the quality, resolution, and accuracy of files you provide
  • You release 3DT STUDIO LLC from any liability related to copyright infringement claims
  • You are responsible for checking spelling, colors, and design accuracy before approval

3. Design Proofs and Approval

  • We will provide a design proof for your review before production
  • You must approve the proof before we begin printing
  • Once approved, changes cannot be made and the order cannot be cancelled
  • If you do not respond to proof requests within 24 hours, we may proceed with production or cancel the order

4. Product Quality

We use high-quality materials and printing processes. However:

  • Slight color variations may occur between screens and printed products
  • Custom 3D printed items may have minor layer lines or texture variations inherent to the PLA printing process
  • We guarantee our workmanship but cannot guarantee results from low-quality customer files

5. Production and Shipping Times

  • Custom orders typically require 2 business days for production
  • Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in USD
  • Payment is required before production begins
  • We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal Wallet.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

7. Limitation of Liability

3DT STUDIO's liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Errors in customer-provided content
  • Delays beyond our control

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information or custom designs with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order. Customer-provided photos and graphics are used solely for your order and are not retained or used for any other purpose.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
