  • You are legally permitted to reproduce, print, or manufacture the submitted content

  • You accept full responsibility for all customer-submitted materials

  • You release 3DT STUDIO LLC from liability related to copyright, trademark, patent, or intellectual property claims connected to submitted files

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders containing content we believe may violate intellectual property laws or contain illegal, hateful, threatening, explicit, or prohibited material.

Custom Printing & 3D Printing Disclaimer

3DT STUDIO LLC provides made-to-order custom apparel printing and 3D printing services based entirely on customer-submitted files and specifications.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Final printed or manufactured products are produced directly from the files provided by the customer

  • Customers are responsible for file quality, sizing, scaling, spelling, resolution, and design accuracy before approval

  • Slight variations in color, print placement, material texture, or final finish may occur during production

  • 3D printed items may naturally contain visible layer lines, minor surface texture variations, or slight dimensional tolerances inherent to the 3D printing process

We are not responsible for defects or issues caused by poor-quality customer files, incorrect dimensions, unsupported model geometry, low-resolution artwork, or improperly prepared .STL files.

Product Representation

We make every effort to accurately display colors, designs, and product details on our website. However:

  • Colors may vary between digital screens and physical printed products

  • Product mockups are digital representations and final products may vary slightly

  • Minor differences in garment positioning, material texture, or print appearance are considered normal production variations

These variations are not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3DT STUDIO LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data

  • Production issues resulting from customer-submitted files or specifications

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, equipment failures, or events outside our control

  • Misuse or modification of products after delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable order.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services including payment processors, Shopify applications, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and related business tools. We are not responsible for the actions, practices, or policies of third-party service providers.

Use of those services may also be subject to their individual terms and privacy policies.
